President Paul Kagame has this morning in Doha, attended the Opening Ceremony of the Qatar Information Technology Conference and Exhibition QITCOM2019 that was hosted by the Qatar Ministry of Transport and Communications, under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar.
The president, together with the Emir of Qatar toured the Smart City Expo that was organized in Doha in partnership with Fira Barcelona, the organiser of the international benchmark event, Smart City Expo World Congress.
