446 Police cadet officers at Police Training School in Gishari, Eastern Province, have graduated and await official pass out by the commander-in-chief.
February 9, 2015, during the graduation ceremony, Internal Security Minister, Musa Fazil, who graced the ceremony said, “This graduation displays Rwanda’s commitment to produce highly skilled and professional Police officers who serve on national and global level.”
Out of 446 Police cadet officers who graduated with the rank of Assistant Inspector Police, 51 are females (11%).
