Prime Minister Dr. Ngirente Edouard
Rwanda has a new Prime Minister effective today August 30th .
Dr. Ngirente Edouard has already taken oath at the Parliament in a ceremony presided over by President Paul Kagame.
The new Prime minister is also expected to announce a full cabinet list before the end of the day.
