APR FC Continues Unbeaten Run Record

After the green light given to the Rwanda football to resume their activities from a short period of sports activities suspension due to the increase of COVID-19 cases in the country, Rwanda Primus National league resumed from this Saturday with day twelve.

The games ended goalless between the table leader Kiyovu and APR FC which  continues their unbeaten run record after sharing points to the greens today at Kigali stadium.

Since the defeat against Espoir in 2019, none of other team has beaten the army sponsored APR FC in the domestic league.

Kiyovu sports wanted to win the game from the first half through their strikers like VUVU Pinock and BIGIRIMANA Abed but they were hampered by APR FC defenders as well as Ishimwe Pierre the young and future goal keeper of APR FC.

Second half of the game was balanced between both sides but was not good to APR FC after a red card to their midfielder Ruboneka J Bosco on 68’.

Kiyovu sports are still the leaders of the table with 25 points while APR FC sits on second with 24 points one point behind the leader and they still have two games in hand.
