With numbers of COVID-19 cases getting under control following several measures that included a lockdown recently, ongoing nationwide vaccination programs, RBC said that the donation will be an additional support to their efforts to end COVID-19.

“These Biorad machines will boost our efforts in effectively carrying out COVID-19 PCR tests. We are very grateful to Imbuto foundation for this donation,” RBC said on reception of the equipment.

The donation also comes as Imbuto marks 20 years of engaging, educating and empowering communities in Rwanda, a journey that will be celebrated through various activities, under the theme “An Edifying Past; An Empowered Future.”
