Rwanda Prosecution Confirms Kizito Mihigo Committed Suicide

Rwanda’s National Public Prosecution Authority (NPPA) has confirmed that Kizito Mihigo who was found dead in a Police cell on the morning of the 17th February, committed suicide.

Mihigo was laid to rest on Saturday, February 22.
