President Kagame Promotes RDF Personnel, Appoints Attachés

President Paul Kagame who is also Commander in Chief of the Rwanda Defence Force(RDF) has promoted and appointed several personnel in the force.

Brigadier General Joseph Demali was appointed Defence Attaché to Turkey, while Lieutenant Colonel Stanislas Gashugi was promoted to the rank of Colonel and appointed Defence Attaché to Tanzania.

Major Ephrem Ngoga was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and then appointed Defence Attaché to Kenya while Major Eustache Rutabuzwa was appointed Defence Attaché to Canada.

Other 665 officers were promoted from the rank of Lieutenant to the rank of Captain while 319 officers were promoted from the rank of Second Lieutenant to the rank of Lieutenant.
